Client Sessions
Session environments are inclusive and support the whole person where they feel safe, seen, heard, and acknowledged with their personal, economic, or social challenges they are going through with one-on-one engagements.
The purpose of these one-on-one engagements is to understand and identify the issues individual clients face in their daily lives.
Through these sessions, case management staff will:
- Identify social/economic challenges
- Identify process or steps to resolve issue
- Continuous follow up with client (as needed)
