The Health and Wellness Program prioritizes supporting and serving the community with the goals of alleviating food insecurity and increasing nutritional and health education.

The purpose of this program is to improve nutritional health and practice lifestyle changes and wellbeing throughout the community.

Eastmont Community Center achieves these two important goals by way of:

Equity To Healthy Foods

Food distributions focuses on giving low-income and poverty families and seniors’ direct access to a variety of fresh fruits, vegetables, and non-perishables from food donation partnerships.

Advancing Nutritional and Health Knowledge

Nutrition Education classes focus on providing instructional materials to build awareness and empower individuals to make healthier decisions across their lifespan.
